We are a small park located in Kingsland, Texas in the heart of The Texas Hill Country and we are eager to extend a big Texas Welcome to Y'all!  Your first visit, you are friends!  The second visit, you are family!

The owners came from West Texas and spent many summers enjoying the laid back vibe of Kingsland and the cool waters of the Lake LBJ.  Their love for the Hill Country inspired them to build a small RV park for family and friends to hangout and relax.  Hence the  name Windmills-LakeBum!  Incorporating a collection of windmills that are scattered throughout the park and a whole bunch of creative imagination to build a one-of-a-kind Gazebo under the big Oak trees, they created a quirky and casual atmosphere that everyone enjoys!

Our park is located a block from Lake LBJ and the Kingsland Community Park and Boat Launch.  Shopping and restaurants are just a few block away. Kingsland is centrally located in Llano County so you are a short drive to many of the area attractions.  And a bonus ... we only have two stoplights in the whole town!
